It you are a BNMC NetPartner customer, you may get live computer help right on your desktop from one of our customer service or system engineers.
  1. Give us a call at (978) 482-2020 and tell us the problem or submit an email to support@bnmc.net
  2. Your customer service engineer will call back and request your permission to share your screen, mouse and keyboard and then give your a code.
