It you are a BNMC NetPartner customer, you may get live computer help right on your desktop from one of our customer service or system engineers.
- Give us a call at (978) 482-2020 and tell us the problem or submit an email to support@bnmc.net
- Your customer service engineer will call back and request your permission to share your screen, mouse and keyboard and then give your a code.
- Please Turn off the Pop-Up Blocker on your web browser, enter the code below and hit Send.
- You will see a new browser box open up requesting our access. First time users will also have to install an ActiveX component.
The screen-sharing plug-in automatically downloads onto your computer once you accept your browser's security warning. Your customer service rep helps you directly on your computer, as if he or she were sitting right next to you. How? The NTR program lets our BNMC staff see your computer screen, share your mouse and keyboard and draw on your screen using the special Whiteboard feature.
